However, in contracts where the computer hardware and software supplied is subject to manufacturers copyright and or licences, it is a condition precedent that compliance with the respective manufacturers and or distributors terms and conditions, imposed on Business concepts Ltd, shall take precedence including but not limited to copyright, ownership of intellectual property, product performance, payment, warranty, indemnity and termination.
